Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before 7 days from the date of arrival will carry a 10 % retention charge.
- Booking cancelled between a seven (7) to three (3) days from the date of arrival will carry a 50 % retention charge.
- Booking cancelled between a three(3) to one(1) from the date of arrival will carry a 100% retention charge.
No Show Policy
- A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.
